In the tea house trekking, you can get an open menu for the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nepali and continental dishes are served by the tea houses. Dal Bhat (Rice and lentil), Tarkari (curry) and Achar (pickle) is the main dish in Nepal. Vegetables are grown locally and it is hygiene too. For lunch and dinner, boiled water is served. In some of the trekking areas, safe drinking water is served.
